The bare team looks forward to re-opening soon. We respect our employees, clients, friends, peers and our community and look forward to reopening when “green phase” companies are ALL able to reopen together.
Our Pennsylvania House of Representatives from the 169th district, Representative Kate Klunk‘s office contacted the Deputy Secretary of Legislative Affairs on our behalf in regard to the opening of all medical spas (with legal and medical representation and supervision) providing non-essential, medical aesthetic treatments which include laser hair removal, Botox and injectable fillers, microblading, eyelash extensions,
microneedling, microdermabrasion’s, facials, medical grade skin care, and all other laser or facial/body treatments, etc. The green phase which also includes dentists, barbers, hair salons massage therapy and spas, are to remain closed until Governor Wolf authorizes our county to transition to the green phase.
We are aware that a similar medspa has already opened, but the Deputy Secretary of Legislative Affairs has strongly advised bare Skin Care not to do the same. If we chose to open before the green phase, we would be at great risk of losing our professional licensures, professional liability insurance coverage and employees could choose to continue receiving unemployment compensation benefits.
bare Skin Care & Laser Center will continue to follow Governor Wolf’s plan for a safe re-opening. Respecting the law and our clients has always been and continues to be the ethical nature that bare Skin Care & Laser Center follows. We look forward to seeing you soon. With gratitude and respect, The bare Team
